CHRISTINA A. HINDMAN

Biography
Christina A. Hindman is an associate attorney with the Law Offices of Floyd, Skeren & Kelly, LLP in our San Diego office location. Ms. Hindman earned her Undergraduate Degree at the University of California, San Diego before going on to earn her Juris Doctorate Degree from the University of San Diego, School of Law. Ms. Hindman came to Floyd, Skeren & Kelly in 2005 after gaining several years of experience litigating workers’ compensation matters in the San Joaquin Valley.
Ms. Hindman brings her substantial experience in the aggressive defense of all workers’ compensation matters, including standard claims litigation, 132a discrimination allegations and serious and willful misconduct filings, to our firms southern most office.
Currently, Ms. Hindman works with third party administrators, insurance entities, self-insured entities and employers to vigorously protect their interests before the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board. |

JOAN L. COLLIER

Biography
Joan L. Collier is an associate attorney with the Law Offices of Floyd, Skeren & Kelly, LLP in our firm’s San Diego office location. After completing her college education at Ventura College, Ms. Collier continued to Ventura College of Law where she received her Juris Doctorate Degree. While attending law school, Ms. Collier won countless Academic Awards culminating with being named the Valedictorian of her graduating class.
Prior to joining the Law Offices of Floyd, Skeren & Kelly, Ms. Collier worked for a number of years in the legal field. First, Ms. Collier worked as an associate attorney in a general practice and civil litigation law firm. Thereafter, she brought this experience to the workers’ compensation industry where she has handled all aspects of workers’ compensation litigation.
Ms. Collier currently works with the Law Offices of Floyd, Skeren & Kelly in representing third party administrators, insurance entities, self-insured entities and employers in all facets of workers’ compensation litigation including standard claim defense and litigation, 132a discrimination claims as well as serious and willful misconduct allegations. |

Biography
Lawrence T. Musso is currently the Managing Attorney of the Law Offices of Floyd, Skeren & Kelly, LLP in our firm’s San Diego office location.
Mr. Musso has practiced law in the State of California since 1988 and has experience in jury Trials in both the Superior and Municipal Courts and administrative law Trials in workers’ compensation since 1991.
In addition to his practice, he also taught law at the Central California College of Law in Fresno, California and has served as a Judge Pro Tem in both Superior and Municipal Courts.
Mr. Musso is currently limiting his practice to workers’ compensation law and is a Certified Specialist with the State Bar, however, he is licensed to practice before all State and Federal Courts in the State of California. |
