Biography
John M. Langevin is the Managing Attorney of the Inland Empire office location of the Law Offices of Floyd, Skeren & Kelly, LLP. He is a Certified Specialist in workers’ compensation law by the State Bar of California.
Mr. Langevin began his career in workers’ compensation defense at State Compensation Insurance Fund (SCIF) in the State Contracts Unit where he was responsible for representation of the State of California. He was quickly promoted to senior counsel and regularly assigned complex cases, including catastrophic claims, discrimination complaints and multi-forum litigation. After twelve years at SCIF, he joined the Law Offices of Floyd, Skeren & Kelly and has since overseen the growth of its practice within the Inland Empire region. As a former nurse, his background in medical issues has proved to be an invaluable asset to achieving favorable results for his clients and that of his colleagues. |

JUAN J. NARANJO

Biography
Juan J. Naranjo is an associate attorney with the Law Offices of Floyd, Skeren & Kelly, LLP in our firm’s Riverside office location. Mr. Naranjo earned his Bachelor’s Degree with California State University in Los Angeles before continuing on to the University of La Verne College of Law where he earned his Juris Doctorate Degree.
Prior to joining the Law Offices of Floyd, Skeren & Kelly in 2005, Mr. Naranjo had years of experience before the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board (WCAB) as both a Hearing Representative and an attorney.
In his law school studies, Mr. Naranjo was the published author of a law review article and earned several academic awards.
Mr. Naranjo brings his experience to the defense of all aspects of workers’ compensation claims including standard litigation, 132a discrimination defense and serious and willful misconduct allegations. |

REBECCA L. MALOCH

Biography
Rebecca L. Maloch is a Hearing Representative with the Law Offices of Floyd, Skeren & Kelly, LLP in the firm’s Riverside office location. Ms. Maloch has been with Floyd, Skeren & Kelly for several years and has brought her significant experience to her position with Floyd, Skeren & Kelly as a Hearing Representative and Lien Specialist. Ms. Maloch earned her Bachelor’s of Arts Degree from California State University, Northridge.
Prior to joining Floyd, Skeren & Kelly, Ms. Maloch worked as a risk management coordinator, an executive assistant insurance coordinator and a workers’ compensation claims specialist for over 10 years.
Currently, Ms. Maloch works closely with our Riverside office in facilitating the resolution of liens, litigating lien matters and maintaining regular communication with third party administrators, insurance entities, self-insured entities and employers. |

ROBERT M. GRANT

Biography
Robert M. Grant is an associate attorney with the Law Offices of Floyd, Skeren & Kelly, LLP in our firm’s Riverside office. Mr. Grant earned his Bachelor’s Degree from Excelsior College in New York and obtained his Juris Doctorate Degree at the University of LaVerne.
Mr. Grant served as a Police Sergeant with the Los Angeles Police Department for 20 years before his retirement. He also served with the U.S. Army and Army Reserve for 23 years and is currently an active member of the California State Military Reserve.
Mr. Grant has been aggressively litigating workers’ compensation matters before the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board (WCAB). He has substantial experience litigating all issues relating to workers’ compensation and in addition represents employers, uninsured employers and self-insured entities in 132a and serious and willful misconduct allegations. |

E. Cruz Eusebio is an associate attorney with the Law Offices of Floyd, Skeren & Kelly, LLP in our firm’s Riverside office location since 2007. Mr. Eusebio earned his Bachelor’s Degree from Carlton College before obtaining his Juris Doctorate Degree at Western State University College of Law.
Prior to joining the Law Offices of Floyd, Skeren & Kelly, Mr. Eusebio accrued 15 years of experience aggressively litigating workers’ compensation matters before the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board (WCAB).
Mr. Eusebio has substantial experience litigating all issues relating to workers’ compensation before the WCAB. In addition to litigating standard workers’ compensation issues, Mr. Eusebio represents employers, uninsured employers and self-insured entities in 132a and serious and willful misconduct allegations. |

ZLATAN F. MUMINOVIC

Zlatan F. Muminovic is an associate attorney with the Law Offices of Floyd, Skeren & Kelly, LLP in our firm’s Riverside office location. Mr. Muminovic graduated with his Bachelor’s Degree from Mount Mercy College before obtaining his Masters of Science and Health Administration Degree from California State University, Northridge. Subsequently, Mr. Muminovic obtained his Juris Doctorate Degree from Pepperdine University School of Law.
Prior to beginning his employment with the Law Offices of Floyd, Skeren & Kelly, Mr. Muminovic had several years of workers’ compensation experience aggressively litigating matters before the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board (WCAB).
Mr. Muminovic currently represents third party administrators, insurance entities, self-insured entities and uninsured employers in defense of workers’ compensation matters. In this capacity, Mr. Muminovic litigates standard workers’ compensation issues as well as defense of 132a and serious and willful misconduct allegations. |
