Biography
Darlene M. Ball is currently the Managing Attorney of the Law Offices of Floyd, Skeren & Kelly’s Pismo Beach office location and is a member in good standing of the California Bar.
She has more than 16 years of experience in civil litigation, including employment law and workers’ compensation law in California. She has tried cases in front of the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board (WCAB) and the Superior Courts of California. She is licensed to practice before all California State Courts, the Federal District Courts for the eastern and southern districts of California and for the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. In addition to the California Bar Association, she is a member of the American Bar Association as well as the San Luis Obispo County Bar Association. |
